It was an utter pleasure to paint this piece for the Cotswold Life magazine, such an interesting brief, & the excitement of knowing what it was meant for, was just wonderful!
 
I had one large blank canvas in the workshop at the time of the Editors visit & rather perfectly it was the right dimentions!
I have endeavoured to include all my favourite creatures, sticking to what I know best as I couldn't risk any experiments, as a result, I think they are the best I've ever painted.
